Three Branches - Constitutional Plan, Forever Plan

Our government is composed of three branches, Legislative Branch, Executive Branch and the Judicial branch, and here is what each branch does:

Legislative

• Legislative power in the government is vested in Congress, meaning that it is the only part of the government that can make new laws or change existing laws

• Part of Congress’s exercise of legislative authority is the establishment of an annual budget for the for the government

• Oversight of the executive branch is an important Congressional check on the President’s power and a balance against his or her discretion in implementing laws and making regulations.

Executive

• Oversight of the executive branch is an important Congressional check on the President’s power and a balance against his or her discretion in implementing laws and making regulations.

• Reprieve and Pardon Power

• Treaty Clause

• Appointments – Supreme Court, Judges, Ambassodrs

• Take Care : “[The president] shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” Article II, § 3.

Judicial

• Federal courts enjoy the sole power to interpret the law

• Determine the constitutionality of the law

• Apply it to individual cases

• Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces

So why do I bring this up? Because all three of the houses have blurred boundaries with the “separation of powers” starting to erode or melt into one branch. If this happens, you no longer have a democracy, you have tyranny, socialism, communism, whatever you want to call it. By the way, socialism, communism and Fascism are all the same belief. One ruling party or leader that makes the laws, enforces them and judges the righteousness of the infractions or in most cases, opposition forces.

As individuals we can do nothing but succumb to their bullying until shackled to d their bidding but as voters, we can scrutinize those in office and be diligent in how we vote. I

Look at their voting record on what affects you, this country. Just think about our fore fathers, 55 of them from the ages of 26 to 81, taking 116 days to drafting their notes, contributed their wisdom, knowledge to this document with three writing the Constitution, only 39 actually signing it. Why? Because the remaining 16 delegates wanted a Bill of Rights protecting our rights. This happened and was voted on and ratified. Oh and this information was provided by the whitehouse.gov website.

Here are the current changes our protectors of democracy want to make:

• Ban on guns, starting with limitations, background checks, permits and licenses, all which can be red flagged eliminating guns, deceptive leadership

• Rewriting, destroying or eliminating history, all to suit narratives. Hiding political history truths

• Government pressure forcing the people to accept transgenders in sports, women’s rooms, not just public but also in our schools by perverse publications designed to promote the LBGTQ++ movement.

• Push to term limits on Supreme Court Justices or add more justice to water down decision making, stacking the deck

• Protecting officials from lawsuits, insider trading, discrimination, libel and slander, who knows what else

• Bias, discrimination application and enforcement of law including illegal immigrants, political relatives, political party enforcement, supports corruption and martyred criminals.

• Voting laws disregarding verification of legal voters opening voting for the mental, convicts, illegals, and even the dearly departed. Not only by mail in unknowns but also from ballot harvesting.

• Digitizing currency - taking control of your finances, they can remove, suspend or take your money at will even through red flagging

• Refusal to pass term limits for legislators, change the benefits programs. They do not answer to anyone. All they have to do is beg for your vote. They are professional welfare recipients

• Promotion and support of racism, organizing and funding groups like Antifa, BLM, etc. A lot of drama but no action because the problem lives in politicians

• Promoting open borders allowing criminals, terrorists, diseases to enter endangering our citizens while dramatizing how much they care about even one life. Just not the citizens lives.

As a country and society our growth has been stymied such as technology, medicine, energy, transportation and even research. We have also regressed in education, morals, integrity and honesty. This cannot continue to happen. As parents we always want the best for our children so why have we accepted mediocre for ourselves, family and friends?

Our own government is demonizing first responders, military, they open our borders to who knows what is coming in, diseases, terrorists or criminals. Does this sound protection and caring of life to you? They charge individuals for protecting themselves and award large amounts to their families. They charge and convict law enforcement for being too forceful, not forceful enough. Acting too quickly, not acting quickly enough and they have opened the doors to allow the complete loss of everything those first responders they have earned over years in order for the leaders to keep their voters. In other words, they threw them under the bus. BUT! Our politicians care!

Medicine has advanced? Where, have they cured the common cold, asthma, cancer? No, but I believe this is an economic issue. Imagine curing cancer, no more need to large hospitals, all the MRI machines, chemo treatments and years of hospitalization. Then add in all the jobs lost not just in the treatment but the research and manufacturing of drugs, equipment which trickles down to transportation and even the funeral industry. This makes more sense than anything you will hear from a politician.

Anyway, please join the team here, offer advice, topics, solutions regardless of how silly you may think they are, they are not. When I managed people I used to tell them that what they accomplished is not as important as trying to the job and then do it to the best of your ability.

Everything in life matters, you matter, your opinion matters, and your membership matters.
